This privacy policy explains how Khmer Metal Works Co., Ltd.(“KMW”, “we”) handles information you submit through this website. This website is a product catalogue and quotation request tool. It is not an online store and does not process payments or orders.
Information we collect
When you submit a quotation request or contact form, we collect the information you provide, including your name, company, email, phone number, location, message, and any optional details such as Telegram, WhatsApp, delivery location, or project name. We also receive the products you have added to your quote cart, selected options, quantities, and notes.
Local storage
Your quote cart selections are stored locally in your browser using localStorage. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers until you submit a quotation request. We do not store your personal form information in your browser.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to review your request and contact you regarding specifications, pricing, availability, and delivery. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Email delivery
Quotation requests are delivered to rc@khmermetalworks.com through a third-party form provider. The provider transmits the submission to our email but does not store your data long-term. For stronger privacy and spam protection, a production backend is recommended.
Spam protection
This form uses a honeypot field and a submission cooldown to reduce spam. Browser-only protection is not fully secure. We recommend a trusted form provider or backend for production use.
